Sage Business Cloud Payoll - New Look (Unable to delete finalised Payrun)

Dear Team,

We are happy with the new look. However, we have a challenge amending Finalised Payruns.

Previously, we had the option to remove and re-enter the pay run (which was tedious, but solved the problem). Unfortunately as we speak we are unable to delete / remove the pay run.

Does that mean a mistake within a Finalised Payrun cannot be corrected?

Please help.

    you will only be able to revert a pay run before the following pay run is finalized. select pay run > then select the three dots icon to open the available options and select revert pay run. You can only revert a pay run if the following period pay run has not been finalized.
