I have exported my IRP5's/IT3A's into SARS Easyfile.

I captured the EMP501 and reconciled to my Tax Certificates. I submitted to SARS.

SARS came back with a ETV feedback.

When I print the errors, it reflects that some staff members  not assessed, Duplicate.

I have checked and there are not duplicate certificates for the staff members.

I have tried to phone SARS, but have to wait and wait on the line. Just don't have the time to do this.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    Good day Kathy, 

    Unfortunately the Support desk does not support the E@syfile software past the point of successfully importing the file into e@syfile and if the file was passed you will need to contact SARS to further assist.

     

    Sage Business Cloud Payroll complies with the BRS Spec for the creation of it's import file and therefore exports the information as it is required by this spec. So if you experience any error in e@syfile after the payroll file was passed you will need to contact SARS.
