SARS Easyfile - Battling to access IRP5 submitted to SARS?

Hi All

I'm currently on Easyfile Version 711.44.0. 

I've successfully imported my Sage Payroll file and submitted the IR501 recon.

However when I go the Utilities section on Easyfile to export the IRP5's that have been submitted to SARS for all my staff, I only get one and can't open the PDF file attachment. We have almost 20 staff so this isnt correct. 

Any suggestions how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your post. 

    Unfortunately the Support desk does not support the E@syfile software past the point of successfully importing the file and if the file was passed you will need to contact SARS to further assist. If the payroll file imported was rejected when importing into E@syfile we can assist to test the file import and advise on how to correct the validation errors to ensure that the payroll file is passed into E@syfile.

    Sage Business Cloud Payroll complies with the BRS Spec for the creation of it's import file and therefore exports the information as it is required by this spec. So if you experience any error in E@syfile after the payroll file was passed you will need to contact SARS.

    We also advise to consult with your tax practitioner to further assist with the SARS reconciliation if you are unsure how to complete this in E@syfile.
