Please see screen below for the UIF deduction amount and company contribution amount. For evcery employee it is 50 cents more. Why is this happening?

    The UIF calculation is actually correct

    Remember that UIF does not look at the wage amount only, Provident funds and levies are included in UIF calculation.

    Remember that UIF does not look at the wage amount only, Provident funds and levies are included in UIF calculation.

    If you take the wage amount and add your provident fund and levies and calculate 1% of the consolidated amount you will get R11.46
