Petrol / Fuel Card

Question

When processing a petrol/fuel card in and out for tax purposes, do we use the full statement amount inclusive of bank charges?

Good day Andrea 
 The employee should only be taxed on the value that was used on the petrol card for the actual fuel purchases. This excludes the cost to the company for the charges of having or maintaining the card.
