When downloading the file is it in a txt format? Only when you import into  Easyfile, the file is in PDF?

Its in pdf and i understand easyfile accepts txt only

When downloading your Tax year-end file from Sage Business cloud make sure that the file is in Txt file and please don't change the format once you've downloaded the file.

If the file automatically downloads in PDF please call support: 086 123 7243 so that the team can log this with our team.
