How do i add a job description for an employee?

So on Sage business cloud payroll please navigate to employee details and click on the three-dotted line to add the job description/department of that employee in question
Before printing the pay slip click on Reports>> Pay-slip and where it reads: Select additional employee fields click on Department and then preview.
