on all of them, it shows R127 no matter what gross salary.

Hint: Remember that the amount that the UIF lines calculate will be equal to 1% of the UIF Remuneration up to a monthly maximum amount of R177.12

UIF Remuneration consists of the majority of your taxable income (Basic Salary, Bonus, Overtime, Allowances.) and Fringe Benefits (Use of an asset, Medical Aid Company Contribution etc.) specific taxable incomes get excluded such as Commission.
