New to Sage Payroll

We are currently finding the below issues with the new Sage Payroll (converted from Desktop Application):

  • Quarterly SA Stats
  • OID company contribution not calculated on payroll reports
  • Leave accrual not calculated on payroll reports

Any suggestions?

    Hello  

    - Sage Business cloud payroll does not offer Quartely Stats.

    - The calculated OID will show on the OID Report ( Click on Reports>>Financial>> OID Report)

    -Regarding printing leave balances, you need to make certain selections ( Click on Reports> Pay-slips> Current plain paper pay-slip>> and then make the selections as per the screenshot below:  Once done click on Preview and download the pay-slip
