System Error when attempting to generate Yearend Submission File

Question

I receive an error message stating "System Error - Error" when attempting to generate my Live file for 2024 Tax Year. It is a large company. What could be causing this? 
 The Error occurs both when I select the 2024 Submission Period in the drop-down and when I select to export the "Live" file in the drop-down.

 I'd advise logging in from a different internet browser and attempting to download your Live file. 
 If that does not help, please log in with the Sage Business Cloud payroll support team so they can escalate your query to the development team for an investigation.
