Release 5.1a software unavailable on the Customer Zone (19/09/2018)

The Release 5.1a software for Sage 200c VIP and Sage VIP has been removed from the Customer Zone, due to an issue identified on ETI on the new release.

The new updated software will be availble again on 20/09/2018, notification and details regarding the ETI issue will be sent per e-mail to all users who downloaded the software from the Customer Zone.

We apologise of any inconveniece caused.

  • Update 21/09/2018: All software is available again on the Customer Zone for download.

    • When you install Release 5.1a, the version will reflect Release 5.1a+ on the Main Menu. This is an indication you are on the latest software
    • If you are on Release 5.1a+ with Premier HR and/or ESS, be sure to download and install the latest versions for PRemier HR (v18.10.0.1) and ESS (v8.4), in order for seemless integrations.
    • If you previously downloaded and installed Release 5.1a before 21/09/2018, please refer to communication sent by Sage regarding the ETI Period Recalculation steps to be followed (click here for the steps)
