SARS has released the latest version of e@syFile Employer, and is available to download. Click here to visit the website and see more details on the new release from SARS.

The e@syFile application must always be on the latest version (the application will advise you that a new version is avaialble if connected to the internet), in order to submit. We recommend downloading the software and installing the new version from the install file, rather than using the automated download/update function.

This update will resolve the following validation error when importing your IRP5 file into e@syFile:

e@syFile import error: If employee’s age for the specified month is less than 18 or greater than and or equal to 30, then this field must be zero (0.00), value supplied (00000000000.00) for ETI Month xx (age=nn) - Code 7004 

Important notice:

You payroll application must be on Release 5.1a, which is compatible with the new release of e@yFile. Click here for information on how to download and install Release 5.1a.
