Did you know: New UI-19 report in Release 5.3a

After successfully updating your system to Release 5.3a you can import the new UI-19 report under Reports>Export/Import Reports>Batch import Reports.

Follow the guidelines here on how to print the report.

  • Hi.  i have used this report on my wages payroll and it calcuates the "basic earnings per month" are totally wrong.  The table with the month earnings for the last 6 months is correct showing around R4000 per month.  The basic earnings shows R19714.  How is this calculated?  Is something not set up right?  These are weekly wages.  Thanks very much Jackie

    I also have this problem.  Has anyone resolved this yet?  Mine is for a monthly employee whose contract has just ended and I'm wanting to provide him with the UI-19 and UIF certificate of service.  Thanks
