If you system is set to open the documents in Internet Explorer, you might experience in some instances that the browser opens but does not load the article, and after a while, the error message appears:
Should you receive this error, you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Launch Adobe Reader.
- Click on the Edit menu, select Preferences.
- In the Categories list, select Security (Enhanced).
- Uncheck Enable Protected Mode at Startup.
- Click OK.
- Close Adobe Reader.
