A new updated template for the UI19 for SMART Reporting is available to download.

Included in the new template, we accommodate the following changes:

- Termination Reasons

• Death of a Domestic Employee
• Voluntary Severance Package

- UIF Employment Status

• Reduced Working Hours
• Commissioning Parental Leave
• Parental Leave

These changes were included in the UI19 Report (under Reports and Maintenance, Real number 769) in Release 5.4a UI19. 

Before installing the software, take note of the following:

• You must be licensed for SMART Reporting
• SMART Reporting must be installed

How to download and install the new template:

• Click here to download the latest SMART report template
• Extract the contents of the compressed ZIP file to the VIPSMART\Templates\HR sub-folder in your payroll application folder, overwriting the existing template.
