We have received more details on the software release date for Release 5.4c.

* Due to the later release of Premier ESS and Premier HR, Total Solutions users should only update once all the software is available.
It is important that all you RSA payroll companies are still in May 2020 for the following reasons:
- SDL Payment Holiday - SDL contribution percentage will change from 1% to 0% for the month of May. In your weekly/bi-weekly companies, the MTD SDL will be reversed for the value to reflect no value on your EMP201.
- ETI for April. All users who claim ETI had to install Release 5.4b, for the first round of Covid-19 relief. The system will recalculate the ETI for April 2020 based on the changes as per the revised Bills release 19 May 2020, which had to be backdated to April 2020.
- ETI for May. The system will apply the ETI calculations based on the changes as per the revised Bills release 19 May 2020.
- Report changes for the following African Tax Countries: Botswana, Eswatini (Swaziland), Ghana, Kenya and Namibia,
RSA users will be required to install the update and apply recalculations before declaring the EMP201 on SARS eFiling.
