A new report template has been made available for download.

When an Employee was transferred from one Company to the other, the incorrect From date prints on the Tax certificate. An example is when the Employee has a Date Engaged of 2019/03/01, but the PAYE Start date is 2020/01/11. The report then prints the From date as 2019/03/01 instead of 2020/01/11.

Before installing the software, take note of the following:

Your payroll software must be on Release 5.4c or 5.4c+ which is available on the Customer zone.

• Select the Africa tab

• Click on the Download button next to Namibia PAYE5 for Premier/Classic: R54c

• Download the file, extract the contents of the zip file to your payroll folder, and overwrite any/all existing files.
