Premier HR 21.3.0.1 and Premier ESS 10.5 for Release 5.6a is now available for download from the Customer Zone.

This is a mandatory update for all Total Solutions customers to ensure compatibility with your payroll.

The payroll, Premier HR and/or Premier ESS should be updated consecutively.

Please refer to the application release notes for details of the new releases, available on the Customer Zone downloads page.

Note: If you update your Premier Payroll to Release 5.6a while Premier ESS and HR are on incompatible versions, integrations will fail resulting in failed transactions and manual corrections due to incompatibility.
