New report files have become available for Non-RSA payroll users.
Africa reports release containing the following changes:
- Kenya P9A P9B Tax Certificates
- Namibia EAs6 OID
- Namibia ETX Report
- Namibia SSS Report
- Zambia NHI Report Changes
- Zimbabwe CSZ V4 Bank File
To ensure that your system is updated with the latest changes, please follow the instructions below to install the software.
Basic steps to download and install the new report files (Please download the installation instructions from the Downloads page for more information and detailed instructions) :
- Ensure your payroll system is on Release 5.6b
- Your payroll must be in a new pay period
- Click here to access the Downloads page
- Click on the Africa tab
- Download the tax file " Africa Reports for Premier and Classic: R56b (June 2021)”
- The file "AfricaRep_R56b_June2021.zip" will be downloaded to the folder specific to your browser (usually Downloads)
Once the file has been downloaded to your computer:
- Locate the downloaded file AfricaRep_R56b_June2021.zip,
- Right-click on the file and select to open with Windows Explorer
- Click on Extract and select Extract all
- Select your payroll application system folder as destination to extract files, and click Extract
- When prompted to overwrite the files, say Yes
