ETI Change Update?

I read an article indicating that the software update with the ETI changes, will be available from 23 August 2021, however no recent updates have been made available on the customer zone?

    What should we do if an employer doesn't want to take advantage of the extended ETI benefits but just to claim the regular ETI?  We had so many issues with all the changes last year, and with SARS verifications and adjustments, that in many instances the possible benefits are outweighed by the hassles.  I've already had an employer advise me that they don't want to claim any additional ETI during this relief period.  Is this being provided for?
