A report file has been made available for Africa Reports. The zipped file contains maintenance on reports for a few Africa countries.
Note: The updated report file is only available for systems on Release 5.7a
Africa reports containing the following changes:
- Angola - INSS Electronic file
- Ghana - Ecobank
- Kenya - P10 Itax
- Malawi - Tevet Levy
- Mauritius - Return of Employee/Statement of Emoluments
- Namibia - ETX
- Zimbabwe - P16 NSSA/P4 NSSA
The file may be downloaded from the Downloads Page
Steps to download and install the new tax files:
- Ensure your payroll system is on Release 5.7a
- Click here to access the Downloads page
- On the Downloads page, click on the Africa tab
- Download the report file e.g., " Africa Report changes for Premier: R57a (December 2021)”
- The file " Africarep_r57a_premier_202112" will be downloaded to the folder specific to your browser (usually Downloads)
Once the file has been downloaded to your computer:
- Locate the downloaded file "Africarep_r57a_premier_202112”
- Run the installation wizard, as per the installation instructions from the Downloads page
- Ensure that you select the correct VIP directory.
