Tax files have been made available for changes associated with:
- Eswatini (Swaziland) ENPF limit increased to E165 per month for both employee and employer
- Nigeria tax tables for 2022
- Tax Table changes for Zambia
- Tax Table changes for Zimbabwe
The files may be downloaded from the Downloads Page
Steps to download and install the new tax files:
- Ensure your payroll system is on Release 5.7a
- Your payroll must be in a new pay period (Calendar month January 2022)
- Click here to access the Downloads page
- On the Downloads page, click on the Africa tab
- Download the tax file e.g., " Zambia and Zimbabwe tax changes for Premier and Sage200c: R57a (January 2022)”
- The file, as per this example, " AFRTax_R57a_202201" will be downloaded to the folder specific to your browser (usually Downloads)
Once the file has been downloaded to your computer:
- Locate the downloaded file, e.g., “AFRTax_R57a_202201”
- Run the installation wizard, as per the installation instructions from the Downloads page
- Ensure that you select the correct VIP directory.
