New report files are now available for the following Africa tax countries:

• Eswatini
  • Swaziland ENPF report (Version 2022)
• Kenya:
  • Stanbic nBol bank file 
• Malawi:
  • Fringe Benefit report
  • P16 report
  • PAYE report
  • Tevet Levy report
• Zimbabwe:
  • NSSA P4 and P4A reports

Please review to the Additional Information document for more details (also included with the download file).

Take note: 

• Ensure your payroll system is on Release 5.8a

The reports file download is available on the Sage Portal and Software Downloads page:

How to download from the Sage Portal

• Click here to access the Sage Portal
• Log in with your Sage Portal credentials
• Click on Software Downloads
• Select Sage Premier
• Select Sage VIP Premier Release 5.8a
• Scroll to the Africa Tax Files & Reports section
• Download the Installation Notes and Additional Notes
• Download the software file, which will save to your selected browser Downloads folder

How to download from the Software Downloads page

• Click here to access the Downloads page
• Click on the Africa tab
• Download the report path file "Africa Report changes for Premier: R58a (June 2022)”
• The file "AfricaRep_R56b_June2021.zip" will be downloaded to your selected browser Downloads folder

Once the file has been downloaded to your computer:

• Locate the downloaded file in your selected browser Downloads folder
• Right-click on the file and select to open with Windows Explorer
• Click on Extract and select Extract all
• Select your payroll application system folder as destination to extract files, and click Extract
• When prompted to overwrite the files, say Yes
