The new tax tables issued by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) in RTGS (Zimbabwe Dollar) is effective from 1 January 2023.

The following items, in addition to the previous include in the previous tax files, are applicable to your system and included in the tax file:
- Tax tables for 2023 tax year
- Tax Credit and Tax-Deductible Limit change applicable from 1 August 2022
- Retrenchments Package changes – Severance Pay, Gratuity and similar benefits

Before installing the new tax file, take note of the following:
- Your payroll software must be on Release 5.9a
- Your payroll company should be in a new pay period before installing the new tax tables
- Always make a Full System Backup before installing new tax files to your system folder

- Click on the Download button next to Zimbabwe Tax changes for Premier: R59a (January 2023 - Tax File Version 202301)
- Follow the installation instructions to complete the installation
- Ensure to do a General Recalculation when accessing your company, prior to finalising your payroll.
