We are aware is an issue where the following error appears when exporting an ACB file from the Namibia Report menu:
"Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time error '9900': Selections.EmpbankAccNoLocation contains and invalid value"
To resolve this error, a patch file is available on the Sage Portal to install on your Sage VIP Release 6.0b system:
How to download the patch file
- Your payroll system must be on Release 6.0b
- We recommend to make a Full System backup, before extracting the patch file
- Go to https://portal.sage.co.za/shp and sign in with your credentials
- From the Portal menu, select Product Updates, and the Sage VIP Classic or Sage VIP Premier
- Select Release 6.0b from the available update options
- Under the Patch Files section, locate Patch 6.0b 2
- Click on Download to save the file to your computer
- Extract the contents of the downloaded .ZIP file to your Sage VIP system folder, overwriting the existing files
Once the patch has been installed, the Namibia Report ACB export will run without the reported error message.
