We have made changes with Release 6.1a when generating payslips using the New Payslip Print options.

When attempting to print payslips and view them in HTML, it has come to our attention that only 400 payslips can be viewed at a time.

If there are more than 400 payslips to view, it will result in an error message, specifically, "File Error 93 on PS1.HTML.”

Although we are making every effort to provide a permanent solution to our affected customers as quickly as possible, it appears that it will not be available for the October pay run. Therefore, we would like to advise you to plan accordingly for October.

As an interim solution, we recommend using the "From Employee" and "To Employee" range printing option to print smaller batches of payslips at a time.

This will help you work around the limitation and avoid encountering the error message.
