Our next software update, Release 6.1b, is scheduled to be available from Monday 14 November 2023 on the Sage Portal.
The update was initially scheduled to be released on 13 November 2023.
There will also be new versions for Premier ESS (12.9) and Premier HR (23.11.0.0).
What will be included in this update?
- RSA: Employment Verification Services (EVS) enhancements
- Payslip Printing changes
- Eswatini (Swaziland): Increase in National Provident Fund (Premier only)
- Rwanda: Tax changes effective November 2023
- Namibia: Report changes on VET Levy Report
- Issue resolved

Take note: This will be a mandatory update for all users, as it includes a fix for the Copy System process, required for Tax Year-end submissions.
System requirement changes:
In order to align with resource requirements of the windows operating systems, the system requirements will be updated:
- The operating systems must be Windows 8.1 / Server 2012 R2 or higher
- The computer memory must be at least 4Gb
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 must be installed
