The cause impacting on the site performance was identified and changes have been applied to improve the performance and prevention of event recurring in the future. 

Our team have been monitoring the system which has been performing as expected.

We are aware of an event related to Sage Self Service for Sage VIP that might impact some customers.

  • Users attempting to log in experience the loading spinner for a while, and results in a n error message "Unable to login : error" message.

  • Users with access experience slow response on when accessing menu items and screens

We are currently working on it and will give more information as we progress to resolve the issue experienced.
