From past experience, it is usually something small causing this, and we hope that our solutions allowed all employees to receive their payslips.

Hello guys, sorry to bring this up again. After verifying the PDF Mail Setup was working, I migrated latest live data from Classic to 200c and setup the mail settings as before but it no longer works. We have tested SMTP settings with Telnet and emails are being delivered. I have confirmed all ports for SAGE including 25 which is for mails that they are not blocked both on my machine, server and firewall. What could be causing this? I went through the knowledge base and verified all suggestions and we still do not receive the PDFs from SAGE. I have sent an email to support and have since not received anything concrete. What could be the problem?

Hi have more or less the similar problem when I print payslips the new payslips print - secure with hours and balances and then this message appears "PLEASE COMPLETE SETUP FIRST"

Have been waiting for a workable solution from Sage since March. The feature is working because i have one dataset that i setup with my gmail and i receive the payslips. Other two databases are giving me the error message. Still waiting for someone from Sage to assist as promised.
