Sage released the DRC tax files effective 1 January 2019 on 28 January 2019.
In the initial tax files released, the highest tax bracket maximum rate was incorrectly incorporated, resulting in the tax value to be incorrect for some employees..
The tax files have been corrected, and is available to be downloaded and installed in your system folder.
Take note, this will cause a recalculation in the current period for affected employees.

How to verify if the tax file was installed correctly:
- Access you DRC company
- Go to Payroll > Definitions > Africa Rule Linking
- Click on the second tab "Tax Tables"
- Double click on MONTH001 > Tax Table
- The values will reflect as below (highlighted in yellow):
