We have received feedback on the Namibia ETX Report due to incorrect formats when uploading the reports, which was related to hidden sheets in the sheets used to populate the data.
The report has been changed to create separate export file (with no hidden sheets) and reconciliation report (with hidden sheets).
When running report a separate export file is created:
- The export file uses naming convention of ETX_<MonthYYYY>.xls
- The manual input fields must be completed in this file and not the reconciliation report
- The reconciliation report displays a message to indicate which file must be used to manually complete for submission

Take note: Your payroll system must be on either Release 5.2a or 5.2b, and be sure to download the correct report file for your system
Once the file has been downloaded:
- Double-click on the downloaded .ZIP file to open it
- Click on "Extract" or "Unzip" (dependant on the default application for .zip files) and select the extraction destination to be your application system folder (on Release 5.2a or 5.2b )
- When prompted to overwrite the files, say "Yes"
- This will copy the files into your system folder
