EMP501 Recon Issues

Hi,

When printing the EMP501 Recon the totals on Recon sheet and the totals on the detail per employee does not add up.

I have established that there quite a few terminated employees that doesn't export to the detail per employee sheet but their totals for PAYE, UIF and SDL are included for the recon totals.

I have literally done everything I can think of but it is not exporting these terminated employees.

Any suggestions on what to do?

    Hello Michelle,

    We are not aware of any issues, and the issue seems possibly data related. A few things you could look at:

    • Is the ETI setup the same in all companies (if running the report for multiple companies? If not, we recommend to correct that. 
    • Do you get the issue generating the report per company and when running multiple companies?
    • What is the format of the employee codes for employees excluded (can be alphanumeric, however we recommend using only capital letters)
