VIP Slow/not responding after moving to Server 2016

Good morning,

I recently moved our VIP installation from  server 2003 to server 2016. Users of the system now complains that the system is slow and does not respond at times. At times users are kicked out of the system.

In event viewer I see the following errors:

Could not load file or assembly 'Integrator, Version=1.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d847d6d991fed176' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

    Ensure that the latest versions of Sage Connected Service (2.2.2) and  Sage VIP Runtime (6.0.5) is installed under Control Panel > Programs and Features on the workstation affected. If a lower version is installed, uninstall both programs, and access you payroll which will automatically install both programs.
