What does it mean"? // "Please complete setup first?""

VIP message on system.docxGood day, I am using VIP Premier Version 5.4a and I am receiving with some of my payroll's espesically when I printed the payslips this message stating "Please complete Setup First".

I have added an extra earning line and linked it to the HD screen, MOC calc done, ETI screen updated and history payslip updated.

Is there something that I missed in order not to see this message on my payrolls anymore? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Possible solution:

    Mobility:

    • Access Main Menu > Payroll > Mobility > Company Setup
    • Complete setup

    E-mail PDF payslips:

    • Access Main Menu > Payroll > PDF E-mail Setup
    • Complete setup

    PDF Payslips - Company setup

    • Main Menu > Company > Miscellaneous > Miscellaneous 5 tab
    • Check if the Logo or Watermarks are completed, if used
    • Confirm if the PDF Report path is correct

    PDF Payslips - User setup

    • Access Main Menu > Reports > Reports and Maintenance > User PDF Setup
    • Check if the Logo or Watermarks are completed, if used
