ETI, AFTER UPDATE

After Updating my system to Release 5.4b, And checked my ETI Setup which is correct.

No ETI Calculated for an employee that fall into the correct bracket, only when I Select Irregular hours (Which isn't the case, Since the employee works normal hours) on the ETI Tab, it will calculate. When irregular hours are activated, we don't read in any hours, which you will be able to see on the print screens below.

    Hi Taylor,

    I see this is the 1st period this employee is qualifying (due to the new Covid-19 relief). According to the print screens provided, the employee's hours should be taken from the INC screen. No Hours are reflecting on the IS screenprint

    What hours are defined for this employee on the INC screen?

    Ek het die nuwe release 5.4b nou net gedoen maar gesien 2 van my companies is nog in maart, ek het nie full system backup gedoen nie maar n hele copy system, kan jy my asb se wat ek moet doen om die copy system my live system te vervang sodat ek hulle kan oor rol in April? ASB KAN JY HELP

    Hi Louisea,

    I would actually start by looking if the update actually changed any financial values. Please print the EMP201 report in the companies, and verify if any values for PAYE, SDL, UIF and ETI changed from the original reports printed for March.

    Release 5.4b does a recalculation for ETI (based on the new Covid-19 relief changes) which is applied from April to July - If you did not activate Stop Further Entry during installation, and the financial values calculations for March is still the same, I do not think it will be necessary to restore. Please make 100% sure.

    In case the values changed, and you need to restore the backup, I would recommend to send your details to the support team via web form, in order to review your licensed modules to provide the best solution, to be able to get the data from the copy system to the live system.

    Hi,

    I have just printed the company recon and emp201 and nothing changed, but when I want to do a back up of the company it keeps on failing.....
