C19 TERS - Foreigners

Question

I see the template from UIF for the C19 TERS online submission, ask to complete either a ID Number or Passport number. 
 Assuming it is South African ID number and for foreigners a Passport number, what if we have employees who does not have a passport but they do have work permits/assylim documents?

Hi Lee9,, 
 According the FAQ below, it mentions that all declared employees could receive a benefit. Declarations are done with the monthly UIF Submit report submission (identification number is required) or Ufiling. 
 "WILL NON-DECLARED EMPLOYEES RECEIVE BENEFITS? 
 All employees will be checked against our systems and if the employee is not registered with UIF, the application will be returned back requesting additional information from the employer."
