I have upgraded to 5.4b in April already when it was released. I understood that the current TERS report was merely a "patch" that had to be downloaded. We are working with more than 20 companies, some of which have already begun processing May. I cannot find this patch on the update screen?

Do I have to download the whole 5.4b again and reinstall?
