That is unfortunately the latest system requirement document.

The guidelines and prerequisites have not changed.

The only difference is that MS Server 2008 and R2 are no longer supported so that does not apply.

Regarding MS Server 2016 and MS Server 2019 they do form part of the requirements.(with MS Server 2019 Adobe flash player is required and must be updated)
