Hello, 

Our customer was initially using windows 8 to run VIP system over the network located on windows server 2012. Now They have migrated to new computers in which the server housing the VIP system is windows 2019 server and the workstations are running windows 10 version 2004. 

The workstations are joined on a domain in which the users operating the VIP system have been given full read and write access of the VIP Premier folder by domain Administrator. 

The problem they are facing is when trying to run Sage Intelligence Report manager the User Account Control pops and asking for admin password. 

But when you log in as Admin the report manager opens without a hassle.

The domain administrator cannot elevate the user to admin as it is against their policy.
