Additional Banking Details Screen

Question

Good Day, 
 
 please assist on what report can be extracted to see additional banking details not to be confused with the 2 additional info pay lines. 
 
 I need to have a full list to see who's screens have been completed and compare to the main banking screen and enquire further, I have tried almost all the reports and the only thing I can get on all is the additional info pay lines and not the actual separate screen that contains the additional bank details e.g. primary, account 2, account 3 etc. 
 
 Please assist as this is quite urgent.
