Perks is not the same as company contribution

Hi All,

we have an issue on one of the companies where the Perks is not the same as Company Contribution for Provident fund after company contribution changed from 7.5% to 7.6%.

    Good day

    Kindly perform a General Recalculation from the Main Menu of the company. (Payroll > General Recalculation). You may also unlink and relink the employee(s) to the method of calculation.

    Should the value not reflect correctly thereafter, please complete our online webform and upload copies of the employee(s) 12 Month report, a copy of the method of calculation and the scheme information as per the RF button (as located on the employees payslip screen). Our team will review the information and respond thereafter.
