Good Day, 

We have copied the ETITool_R56b_20210708 patch file into my VIP directory, replaced the necessary file as prompted.  We have updated ODBC (just in case) and am now getting the following error when trying to extract step two of the ETI Validation report:  "Excel cannot find the text file to refresh this external data range.  Check to make sure the text file has not been moved or renamed, then try and refresh again."  

Does anyone have a solution for the above query please?
