We urgently need to get the CORRECT ETI VALIDATION TOOL for 5.7A please.  We need to start submitting EMP501's and we cannot do so before we are 100% sure that ETI is correct.

It is almost the end of the month, we could have started with submissions on the 13th of September, which now leaves us already with a 2 week delay.  Can you please urgently inform us what is going on.
