Just to clarify we email UIF Declaration files to [email protected] and we receive automated confirmations of receipt but that is where it stops

The UIF Declaration generated from the payroll is in the E03 layout, which unfortunately is not compatible with any uFiling imports.

The declaration files sent to [email protected]  is expected to reflect on the Department of Employment and Labour database when they provide confirmation of receipt of the email files. This is still the preferred method
