Payslip printing from Premier does not give a print preview - therefore we cannot print payslips.
We use the secure payslip with hours and balances.
Premier is on version 5.7b and internet explorer 11.

Please can you check if there are any pending Windows updates required on your machine.
You may also run the SAGEVIPRUNTIME in the directory and select to repair
Access your Printer on Devices and Printers (on the Control Panel) and make sure all printers are valid (remove old printers)
If the issue persists, try to do a Print Preview in Internet Explorer. If you are still unable to do one, it could be related to other issues on the computer, which will need to be resolved.
