New Server & Mapping - start of period getting COBOL error program missing or inaccessible

Currently on VIP Premier  5.80a

we recently had a server upgrade and had the consultants help to map the drives  with our IT department . and to ensure that the system requirements were met 

this is the first roll over to a new period since the upgrade 

the roll over does not continue

    The error indicates that the file is either not accessible or missing from the system folder.

    • Files missing: Please review your system folder and confirm if the file mentioned in the error is in the folder (when searching, only search in "Current folder"). If the file is missing, a reinstall of the software would be suggested. The software can be downloaded from the Sage Portal, however all subsequent patch files released after the initial software release must be installed as well
    • Files inaccessible: The issue might be related to folder permissions, or the network speed between workstation and server is too slow to access the files. In this case, your IT team can make sure the new mapped drive is a trusted site, and that the connection speed is consistent.
