ESS Error With Activation of User

Good day, I have an error activating a user on ESS. her GUID is linked to an old company we no longer have on our SAGE VIP. Please assist.

Error Message: User "9ddd07a4-6263-47b1-ba8d-416ffddfdaee" has already been activated against "112_MAZ0428". Please contact the Premier ESS Administrator.

    Good day,

    You can follow the below points for the issue regarding activation of ESS user account:

    • Log into ESS as an Administrator and click Manage>Users>click the user’s profile that has the error.
    • Assign any impersonator by impersonation type and update.
    • Log back into the user profile under Manage>Users and remove the impersonator from the employee and click update.
    • Go back into the user’s profile and click activate the ESS account button or send an activation email.
