Have youi nstalled the E@asyfile Forms Viewer Application after the update to 7.2.9.  under Utulities/Cofiguration tab  ?

I tend to forget to do this after each update.

yes, we did this...and still nothing happened...any ideas of what else we can do?

We also had issues after 32-bit Adobe was uninstalled to be replaced by 64-bit version.

32-bit version must remain on your PC as well to be able to use the viewer.

Thanks for all the tips...finally got it right, in addition to disabling the anti-virus ...we also had to disconnect from our firewall and we were able to download the Forms Viewer!!
