This problem arises due to certain inconsistencies with the product and the database of the machine.

I logged the issue last week Thursday (11/24/2022), but till date, no aid has been given.

May i ask if you still have the HD number of the case you logged?

they are all caused by this issue,
at first, I was told the issue was assigned to the wrong department, then they later reassigned it to the right dept, but today marks 5 working days of no aid.
I see that via the HD number that you have been helped by the agents assigned to it
I assume that your issues have been taken care of
That one for logging in into ESS has been sorted out, now it’s an issue of Premier Integration.
