VIP Level of Service

Just to let everyone at Sage know that your level of service for VIP customers is actually non existing.

Is this your way of "forcing" clients to transfer out to your other products?

Honest answer?

Because I have now been struggling to get support on a history company problem since last Thursday.

If service is as it is currently our employees will not get paid and that would be a no brainer to consider for future decisions. regarding the use of your or some other company's system.

Also left a request for complaints to phone me this morning as the customer is not able to "contact them directly" - not even if we are desperate to get into processing (which is why we have the application??) the wages.

    Payroll Listing will not print.  I do not know what else is not going to work???  I am not a systems developer but this has not been checked.  I was able to copy…

    How are you going to resolve this please?

    Did send an email yesterday but no response yet.

    This is the company tax year end and we need to be able to get reports as we were previously, urgently.
